What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like as an Advisory Associate Each day brings something new, making this a great fit if you value variety and problem solving. Work with seniors and managers on a variety of client engagements across multiple industries Travel to client sites as an active contributor on engagement teams Communicate with engagement team members and clients to keep projects moving smoothly Support ad hoc projects as department needs arise Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across the firm Review feedback with seniors and managers to continuously improve your work Network with FD team members at firm social events Develop your career path with your performance manager and seek ongoing guidance What Skills Do You Need? While we teach you nearly everything you need to know, there are a few requirements you must meet: Positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic Growth mindset and eagerness to learn Openness to giving and receiving feedback Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Undergraduate degree in Accounting or MIS Graduate degree in Accounting or MIS preferred Eligibility to sit for applicable certification exams such as the CPA, CISA, or CIA Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed **Sponsorship not available for this position Salary Range Salary Range $72,000—$72,000 USD
