This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days in office combining flexibility with team collaboration. What You’ll Be Doing Gain hands-on experience contributing to meaningful projects that support key business priorities. Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to help inform business decisions. Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Collaborate with professionals across the organization on cross-functional projects and initiatives. Assist in creating presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership audiences. Participate in networking, learning, and professional development opportunities throughout the program. Share fresh ideas, innovative thinking, and a student perspective to help drive continuous improvement. Internship Details Dates: Nine-week program starting in early June 2027 Hourly Rate: $22/hour Location: Needs to be near one of our offices (i.e. Charlotte, NC, New York, NY or Syracuse, NY) What You’ll Bring Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program and entering junior or senior year at the time of the internship. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work-related activities preferred.
