Accounts Payable Enter company invoices and follow up on any questionable items Record cash payments and pay monthly recurring bills (rent, utilities, etc.) Prepare lien waivers for subcontractors Make sure every vendor has a current W-9 Contracts & Compliance Generate subcontracts and purchase agreements Request, track, and maintain subcontractor certificates of insurance Maintain project files and general filing Office & Team Support Answer and direct incoming calls Distribute mail and manage office supplies Keep the office neat, organized, and professional Help plan company events, from holiday parties to company-wide meetings What You Need A strong work ethic and a reliable, team-first attitude Clear, courteous communication, both spoken and written Confident computer user with strong skills in Word and Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus Nice to Have (Not Required) Accounts payable, bookkeeping, or office administration experience Familiarity with construction, especially Heavy & Highway, CDOT, or federally funded projects Bilingual What We Offer Full-time, 40 hours per week Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year, based on skills, qualifications, and experience 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Hands-on training and room to grow with a respected Colorado contractor Structures, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
