THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, STRONG MULTITASKING ABILITIES, AND A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO PROBLEM-SOLVING.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally and respectfully. * Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries. * Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems. * Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. * Assist in preparing financial documents, such as invoices * Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry. * Collaborate with other team members to support projects and initiatives as needed.    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus. * Experience with billing and payroll * Ability to assist with scheduling * Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. * Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. * Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred    Schedule: Monday – Friday  Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour THIS POSITION REQUIRES A DRUG TEST TO BE COMPLETED, CONTINGENT UPON EMPLOYMENT, AND A BACKGROUND CHECK IF APPLICABLE.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: THIS POSITION IS PRIMARILY SEDENTARY AND PERFORMED IN A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT.
