JOB SUMMARY: This candidate will effectively perform several common administrative duties as presented in the Essential job functions section contained herein. This person will be both an independent and teamwork-oriented associate while offering a professional and positive daily approach with consistent and transparent communications. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Regular use of all typical office equipment to perform common administrative duties. Order/stock supplies. Regular use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Shared responsibility with scheduling, routing, quality control, parcel shipping and rain event processing. Support and assist the admin and productions teams with all tasks or projects. Respond to all clients in a prompt and professional manner and follow up as needed. General housekeeping and organization of various areas within the facility. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to arrive on time and onsite for work daily. Must be able to communicate effectively and with diverse team members. Demonstrated competency with responding in a timely manner, managing various customer situations, and meeting commitments. Demonstrated competency in planning, coordinating, and organizing your workday effectively. Must be able to use various software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google, and related software. Licensing & Special Requirements Incumbent is subject to a criminal background check WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Most of the work is performed in an office environment. Sitting or standing for long periods may be required. Incumbent should be able to bend and move freely, with the ability to lift 10lbs.
