KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  * Perform all agronomy warehouse and plant operations tasks. * Follow label instructions and orders when loading crop protection products, blending fertilizer, and when treating seed. * Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate loading, unloading, and deliveries of products. * Develop knowledge of proper maintenance procedures for facility equipment, as well as overall warehouse and plant operations. * Assist with inventory management and processes.  * Learn from agronomists and develop an understanding of key agronomic practices such as soil sampling, crop stand evaluation, tissue sampling, and identifying weeds, insects, and diseases. * Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the vehicle policy and fleet safety program, and DOT regulations.  * Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  * Enrollment towards relevant agriculture degree. Enrollment in an agronomy program is preferred. * Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.  * Must be 18 years or older. * English proficiency.  * Valid Driver's License.
