From there, your pay & career will continue to grow as you learn more brush & abrasive product making skills across various departments. There are opportunities to move into more advanced manufacturing as set-up technicians or to grow into a maintenance role. We also value the experience our hourly co-workers gain on the manufacturing floor and promote from within to other professional roles. Pay rates for evening shift vary based on experience.  We provide all training. Those that bring similar manufacturing skills from prior jobs have the opportunity to start at a higher wage. You can earn an extra $1.00/hour for each pay period that you attain perfect attendance.
