General Responsibilities Uphold Core Values of the Organization Coordinates with YES Personnel Efficiently Completes Weekly Projections Completes Proper Safety Requirements and Paperwork in a Timely Manner Treats Tools, Vehicles and Equipment with Respect Maintain Organization/Weekly Plan Stay Current with YES Application Attend Company/Customer Meetings Work with Others to Accomplish the Mission of the Organization Accountability for your Words and Actions Specific Responsibilities Completing Proper Safety Requirements and Paperwork Digs Trenches as Needed Trims outlets, Recessed Cans and other Repetitive Finish Work Installs Raceways, Pulls Wire, and Mounts Equipment Performs Duties as Assigned by Lead Personnel Assists Electricians by Performing Tasks Under the Direct Supervision of an Electrician Qualifications Thinking on Their Feet to Overcome, Adapt to Change of Scope, Schedule and Job Conditions Estimating Resources Needed to Complete Required Tasks Adapting to New and Changing Requirements Independent Decision Making High Level of Energy Proactively Pushes Job Completion Installs Quality Work in Neat and Workmanship-like Manner Layout and Planning of Electrical Installations Promptly Arrives on Time Acts as a Professional and Uses Basic Work Ethic Acts Conscientiously about Costs Catches and Corrects Errors in a Timely Manner Education Requirements Takes Responsibility for their Education through the Apprenticeship Program High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Kelso Industries?
