You will work 12-hour shifts in this role. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.  Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Completion of 1 clinical semester of nursing school, or equivalent educ/experience * 1 year as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Corpsman in the Armed Services, PCT, or  * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an acute hospital setting, sub-acute long term care setting or outpatient/home health setting.  * Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association * Within 90 days of hire Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) - provided by St. Joseph Hospital  Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years of experience working in an emergency department as an EMT or CNA.
