Key Responsibilities: Consumer Engagement: Understand and connect with consumers at every touchpoint: when they learn about our products, when they choose to buy, and when they use the products at home. Project Leadership: Lead a variety of Marketing and Brand Management projects that showcase your leadership capabilities. Skill Development: Participate in a tailored mix of classroom training and on-the-job experiences to enhance your marketing knowledge and management skills. Coaching & Mentorship: Receive continuous support and mentorship from your manager and team members to help you grow professionally.
