CDL-A Driver Paid Training Program for Entry Level

Not Every Trucking Job Starts You Off Right Some companies throw new drivers into the deep end. We don't. A real trainer, real weekly pay, and a truck that's genuinely yours once you're solo. We're hiring CDL-A drivers in the Columbus, MS area for OTR routes with a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. GETTING STARTED New CDL-A holders: guaranteed weekly pay during a 3 to 5 week mentorship program (about 200 to 250 hours hands-on) $300 orientation pay, plus transportation to orientation covered Experienced drivers move straight into solo operations if requirements are met EXPERIENCE LEVEL New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count THE TRUCK 2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission Assigned to you only, no slip seating Take it home during your scheduled days off THE FREIGHT 100% no-touch, dry van only No loading, no unloading, just driving SCHEDULE 14 days out 2 full days home ONCE YOU'RE SOLO $1,400 to $1,600 average weekly gross Top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 per week gross Pay scales with CPM, miles driven, and performance Weekly direct deposit QUALIFICATIONS 21 years or older Valid Class A CDL Valid DOT Medical Card Solid driving record and work history Pass DOT drug test and background check Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements BENEFITS Medical, dental, vision 401(k) PTO Weekly direct deposit Serious about starting near Columbus?
