CDL A Experience & Entry Level Drivers Wanted

One Truck. One Driver. No Surprises. Slip-seating, mystery pay structures, freight you have to touch, we skip all of it. Here's what this job actually looks like, no filler. We're hiring CDL-A drivers in the Winter Haven, FL area for OTR routes running late-model equipment, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a home-time schedule that holds up week to week. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. THE TRUCK AND FREIGHT 2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission One truck, assigned to you, no slip seating Take it home during your scheduled days off 100% no-touch, dry van freight only THE SCHEDULE 14 days out 2 full days home THE PAY $1,400 to $1,600 average weekly gross after training Top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 per week gross Pay scales with CPM, miles driven, and performance Direct deposit every week TRAINING $300 orientation pay, plus transportation to orientation covered New CDL-A holders: $850/week average weekly gross during a 3 to 5 week mentorship program (about 200 to 250 hours hands-on) Experienced drivers move straight into solo operations if requirements are met REQUIREMENTS 21 years or older Valid Class A CDL Valid DOT Medical Card Solid driving record and work history Pass DOT drug test and background check Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements EXPERIENCE LEVEL Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program BENEFITS Medical, dental, vision 401(k) PTO Weekly direct deposit Hiring is open in eligible areas around Winter Haven, FL.
