CDL-A Driver Position Overview: • Weekly pay ranging from $1,475 to $1,575 • Compensation includes CPM plus monthly performance bonus • Home every 7–10 days with a 34–48 hour reset • Regional deliveries operating east of I-35 Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight, with 90% of loads being drop and hook. The high percentage of drop and hook freight helps reduce freight handling while keeping drivers moving throughout the week. A pet and rider policy is also available for drivers who want companionship on the road. Equipment: Our drivers operate Peterbilt 579 trucks from 2019 or newer. Additionally, we provide a rental car and hotel room to facilitate travel to the road test location. Physicals can be completed locally for added convenience. To qualify for this position: Candidates must have a Class A CDL with at least 3 months of recent experience within the last three years and a valid DOT medical physical.
