Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Completed or currently participating in a CNA training course or equivalent educ/experience * Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire. * National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. * In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire. Preferred Qualification: * One (1) year experience in a health care setting.
