Essential Functions * Participate in training and continuing education courses as requested or required; gaining knowledge, skills, and ability to perform functions of a Claims Representative. * Learn to communicate with customers and other claims personnel regarding procedures, problems, and coverages. * Investigate, evaluate, validate, negotiate, and settle all claims as assigned. * Analyze claim situations for coverage by contract. * Continually gain working knowledge of policy coverages. * Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
