CNA Trainee

CNA Trainee Rate: $16.85 increases after certification. Shift: Full-Time or Part Time Schedule: Must be available for training classes and clinical hours Candidates must commit to the full training program and onboarding schedule, Part Time- or Full-Time opportunities are after training.  We are looking to add CNA Trainees to their team. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while participating in a Certified Nursing Assistant training program. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and instructors, you'll learn the skills needed to provide compassionate care and support to residents in a skilled nursing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Participate in the facility's Certified Nursing Assistant training program * Observe and learn resident care techniques, safety procedures, and infection control practices * Assist with resident care activities as permitted under training program guidelines and supervision * Practice CNA skills through demonstrations, return demonstrations, and supervised clinical experiences * Communicate resident observations and concerns to nursing staff and instructors * Maintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights at all times * Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection prevention protocols * Attend all required classes, clinical training sessions, and educational activities * Complete training assignments, skills evaluations, and competency requirements * Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the training program REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a high school equivalency program preferred * Interest in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant * Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team * Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn * Ability to follow directions and maintain professional conduct * Must successfully meet all program and facility requirements for participation in CNA training BENEFITS: * Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-Time * Weekly or Same-Day Pay Options * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Employee Referral Bonus Program * Retirement Saving Options
