CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

This CNC Machinist Operator will be responsible for the CNC manufacturing of precision components on CNC Lathes. Primary Job Duties: CNC Machine experience required Lathe experience with live tooling (Y axis) and sub-spindle Read and interpret drawings Read micrometer and other precision instruments Calculate/adjust machine settings Identify/solve problems Training/ Mentoring – Learn everything you need to know about the production process and enjoy a variety of cross-training opportunities. Requirements High School diploma/GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Fluent in Shop Math. Minimum of one year of shop experience. Maintains cleanliness of work area utilizing 5S techniques and methods. Responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of equipment. Solid work history. Must be able to frequently: push, pull, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, see general and close up, hear, speak, use motor coordination - dexterity as well as eye, hand, foot and use of hand(s), wrist, arms, and fingers and arm(s) in any direction. Must be able to occasionally: kneel, stoop, bend, grip, climb flights of stairs.
