  Are you a caring, organized, energetic, optimistic, reliable, team player with great interpersonal skills?  COME WORK WITH US while we help build a world in which individuals with disabilities and other disadvantages realize their full potential.  **$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)**       Position: Community Living Support Professional 2 - Full Time  Location: Pittsfield, MA  Rate of Pay: $22.92 per hour  Hours: 40 Hours per week; Monday - Friday mostly 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility for weekend hours as needed Summary:  * This is a 40-hour direct care position working with adults with mild intellectual disabilities both in the community and in their homes. You will be doing recreational and skill building activities, supporting individuals to meet their goals. Schedule to be determined but likely mostly weekdays with a few possible evenings and 1 weekend day. You must enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, have basic computer skills, be creative, and like to have fun! Prior experience with this population is a plus but not required- as we will provide training. Come join our supportive team and make a difference! Qualifications:  * High School/GED or HiSET plus 1 year related experience and/or training.   Requirements:  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  * Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills.  “Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
