This position may be eligible for remote work where the physical location is within 200 miles of one of our locations.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform credit analysis for new and existing loan requests, including preparation of credit approval presentations and financial statement spreads.  * Conduct annual credit reviews and provide written credit recommendations to management regarding loan structure and creditworthiness.  * Support lenders with complex credit transactions, risk assessments, and servicing needs.  * Assist with credit-related training, appraisal reviews, and ongoing process improvements within credit administration.  * Participate in projects related to policy updates, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives.  QUALIFICATIONS: * One to three years of similar or related experience in credit analysis, lending support or financial analysis * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. * Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; database or financial software experience preferred.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and present findings.  WHAT WE OFFER: * Competitive Salary: Your hard work deserves great pay! * Comprehensive Benefits: Including health, life, dental, vision, and a health savings account. * Retirement Planning: 401K and profit-sharing options. * Incentives: Annual Incentive Compensation Program available for all benefit eligible employees * Work-Life Balance: Paid vacation and holidays.
