Cross Section Technician  Full Time + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Company Match, PTO) Job Type: Onsite Hourly Range: $23.00 - $28.85, DOE Shift: Grave Location: Milpitas, CA  Fralock is an engineered solutions provider of specialty components and subassemblies using advanced materials for high reliability, severe environment, and technically challenging applications. Key Responsibilities * Read, review and interpret travelers and prints * Review and analyze Cross Section using microscope * Identify defects according to IPC * Grind mounds, arrange coupons, polish and set up final cross section * Perform basic microsection duties in a timely manner * Computer data entry of cross section results  * Produce reports on all classes and types * Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as needed.  Required Skills * Knowledge in understanding prints and specifications * Ability to visually verify fine detail work * Ability to pull/lift and carry 50 lbs. * Must be able to stand/walk for a long period of time * Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job Preferences * Trained in 6012, 6013 and TM 650 * Certified in IPC 600 Experience Requirements * 1-2 years minimum experience in microsection Education Requirements * High School Diploma All offers of employment at Fralock are contingent upon clear results of a background check.
