Looking to break into the real estate industry but do not have direct leasing experience yet? We are willing to train the right person with strong communication and customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, reception, or sales who wants to build a long-term career in property management and real estate. What You’ll Do Customer Service & Resident Relations 😊 • Greet prospective residents and create a welcoming experience • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist residents professionally • Build relationships with current and future residents • Help resolve questions and concerns with a positive attitude • Follow up with prospects and residents in a timely manner Leasing 🏢 • Tour apartment homes and community amenities • Explain pricing, availability, and lease terms clearly • Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing • Assist with applications, paperwork, and move-in coordination • Help keep model units clean, organized, and ready for tours Marketing & Community Outreach 📣 • Participate in outreach marketing and resident events • Support social media and community marketing efforts • Shop competitors and stay informed about the local market What We Are Looking For • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer service mindset • Friendly, approachable, and professional personality • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Professional appearance and appropriate business attire required • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Comfortable working Tuesdays through Saturdays • Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred Why This Is a Great Career Move • Learn the real estate and property management industry • Career growth opportunities into Assistant Manager and Property Manager roles • Work with a supportive team that believes in training and development • Gain experience in leasing, operations, resident relations, and sales Extra Pay, The Fun Stuff Monthly Lease Bonuses Eligible for monthly property bonuses.
