Description Compensation: Non-exempt/Hourly The standard wage range for this role is $26.31 to $30.91 per hour. It may be possible to earn more over time up to $35.55 per hour. Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week 5, 8-hour days Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Who We Are Unity Care NW is a private, non-profit, federally qualified health center (FQHC) that has been proudly and successfully serving the greater Whatcom County area since 1982. Job Summary As a Dental Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you would be responsible for keeping dental schedules current and correct and maximizing clinic templates. You would also keep patients informed of dental appointment details. Requirements Requires one year of experience in customer service, utilizing data entry skills, preferably in a medical or dental office setting. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Dental Record (EDR) preferred. Some dental office experience a plus. Preferred Qualifications One year call center or reception experience. Some dental office experience a plus. Experience with underserved populations and cultural competency is ideal.
