Design Associate

As a Design Associate at Tilson Homes, you will lead customers through a design appointment, and provide the follow-up needed to help bring their dream homes to life! Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process. Requirements Assist customers in the color selection process and accurately document their selections. Engage and welcome potential customers at our Design Center. Help customers by providing guidance and answering their inquiries about customization options. Keep the Design Center and models in top condition, representing our business professionally. Address and resolve customer concerns in a respectful manner. Maintain accurate and current customer information for our Sales team. Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt construction start times for our customers. Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual who is passionate about the homebuilding industry and has a background in Design. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree. A completed designer education course / certification is preferred. Being bilingual is a plus but not a requirement. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
