Electronics Production Assembler - Conformal Coat

Description Entry-Level Candidates Welcome. Training Provided. The Production Assembler (Conformal Coat) will coat the printed circuit boards and assemblies of power electronics for the defense and aerospace industry. Clean and prepare assigned parts in accordance with production drawings, work instructions, and verbal instructions. Mix coating material and coat parts by dip, brush, or spray. Assist with potting (encapsulation) tasks. Self-check work before passing forward to ensure parts meet quality requirements. Assist with rework on defective parts that are rejected by inspection or test personnel. Log in and out of production jobs for accurate job tracking. Recommend process changes where practical. Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines. Perform other jobs as needed. Requirements US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status. Ability to maintain industry certifications - IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-J-STD-001 SPACE, and IPC-610. Ability to read and comprehend drawings, schematics, production aides, quality documents, etc. Ability to demonstrate visual acuity. Strong mechanical aptitude. Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred, But Not Required: Previous experience in electronic assembly or general manufacturing. Why Join Us?
