Job Description At Vertical Screen, Inc., we help job applicants move forward in the hiring process by verifying their employment and education history. As a Verification Researcher, you’ll conduct phone-based investigations in a non-sales call center environment, using your attention to detail and communication skills to gather accurate background information. This position is eligible for hybrid work (2 days in Warminster, PA office / 3 days remote work) after 6 months of active employment, in accordance with the guidelines established for remote work. The hours are 10am-6pm M-F. This position pays $16/hr. Responsibilities Verify education and employment history as well as conduct reference interviews Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and online database searches Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes Meet pre-established production goals Required Skills Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environment Ability to multitask Strong attention to detail Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Education The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
