ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally and direct the customer to the appropriate. Issue Purchase Orders to technicians and vendors. Complete job completions. Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and service logs in our database. Relay important information between customers, technicians, and the office staff. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and improve workflow. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) High School diploma, or GED equivalent. Experience as receptionist or customer support representative Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent software, the internet, email messaging, and a variety of software applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse population. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated to provide exceptional customer service. Attendance, time management and punctuality are very important traits for this role.
