Who We Are Our organization works alongside unions, credit unions, and established membership groups throughout North America, helping individuals and families access programs intended to provide additional protection and financial confidence. Our focus goes beyond simply providing information. We believe members should have someone who can listen to their concerns, answer their questions, and make complicated information easier to understand. Every interaction is approached with professionalism, respect, and attention to the individual. Strong listening and conversational skills. Professional and comfortable communicating with different personalities. Organized, dependable, and capable of managing responsibilities independently. Willing to learn and receptive to coaching and feedback. Previous customer-facing experience can be helpful, but industry experience is not required. People Who Thrive in This Role Successful team members tend to be individuals who: Enjoy building relationships and speaking with new people. Take ownership of their responsibilities and follow through. Approach conversations with patience and professionalism. Can stay focused and productive while working remotely. Welcome feedback and continually look for ways to improve. Enjoy working toward goals and measuring their progress. Want to develop professionally and take on greater responsibilities over time. What You'll Have Access To Fully remote work with increased flexibility and independence. Structured onboarding and continued professional training. Individual coaching and ongoing mentorship. Benefits that may include life, dental, prescription, and travel coverage. Performance-based bonuses and additional incentive opportunities. A collaborative environment focused on development, accountability, and shared achievement. Take the Next Step If you're looking for an opportunity where you can work with people, develop professionally, and build toward something long term, we'd like to hear from you.
