Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or a related field is preferred. * Experience: Previous experience in childcare, mental health, or as a paraprofessional is a plus, but not required. * Passion: A love for working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges. * Other: Reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
