What You'll Do Depending on your assigned production area, you may: * Assemble wood window frames and sash * Measure and prepare parts for assembly * Use hand tools and basic manufacturing and woodworking equipment * Inspect products for quality * Wrap and prepare finished windows for shipment * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area We provide on-the-job training! What We're Looking For You don't need years of manufacturing experience. We're looking for people who: * Are reliable and show up ready to work * Are willing to learn new skills * Can read and use a tape measure or are willing to learn * Are comfortable using basic hand tools * Pay attention to details * Take pride in doing quality work * Work well as part of a team * Can safely lift up to 50 lbs. * Have basic computer skills * Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
