What You'll Be Doing Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: Meeting with local business owners and their employees Helping clients understand and enroll in valuable supplemental benefits Building relationships with new and existing clients Learning how to recruit, train, and mentor future team members Developing leadership skills through hands-on coaching Tracking your progress and setting goals for continued growth As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to move into leadership and eventually build a team of your own.
