Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care, and we are seeking motivated, dedicated professionals to join us in making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. ​ PURPOSE STATEMENT: ​Provide administrative support to facility management to ensure efficient operation of the facility. Responsibilities ​ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ​Support Executive Leadership, managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. ​Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. ​Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. ​Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. ​Attend meetings and take accurate minutes. ​May direct and lead the work of others. ​May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities. ​Create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents as needed. ​Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls. ​May cover the reception desk when required. ​Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars and arrange staff meetings ​OTHER FUNCTIONS: ​Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
