What you’ll be doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership Team, including the CEO.
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities.
Coordinate corporate activities, records management, and file organization.
Plan and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, agendas, and meeting materials.
Prioritize competing demands, proactively resolve issues, and ensure successful project completion in a deadline-driven environment.
Enter Order Acknowledgements and other data into ERP system.
Maintain strict confidentiality of corporate, personnel, and research information.
Assist with mail distribution, general office operations, and administrative functions.
Assist with accounts payable processing, and other financial administrative tasks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
