Facilites Engineering Intern

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Contribute through planning, design, and modification of facilities assets to support the business functions within, including office spaces, laboratories, and manufacturing areas. * Apply engineering principles to solve real-world challenges, gaining exposure to project management, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. * Learn how engineering problem-solving methodology can be applied to complex problems involving infrastructure, energy efficiency, and sustainability. * Participate in multiple projects at different stages such as initiation, design, planning, and execution, while working alongside experienced engineers and facility managers. * Be exposed to critical and complex building systems such as chilled water, heating water, hazardous exhaust, electrical distribution, specialty gases, fire protection, and building automation systems. * Assist in evaluating system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing upgrades that enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. * Support compliance efforts by helping ensure facility systems meet regulatory standards and internal policies. * Gain valuable experience in CAD software, data analysis, and technical reporting to support engineering decisions and communicate project outcomes.   Who You Are: * You identify and seize new opportunities.
