Finishing Saw Operator Entry Level (night shift)

Department:            Finishing (Cutting)  Job Title:                  Finishing Entry Level Saw Operator  Reports To:               Team Leader, following the direction of the Anodizing Manager  SHIFT/HOURS:      10-hour work schedule. Monday- Friday  7 PM- until 5 AM   Starting Pay:           $22.08/hour, with the ability to earn more  We are currently seeking an Entry Level Saw Operator to join our Finishing team. As a Finishing Saw Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision cutting and finishing of various materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Responsible For: * Operate saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications. * Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient cutting. * Inspect finished cuts for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments. * Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks within designated timelines. * Perform routine maintenance on saw machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, always following safety protocols. * Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and projects completed. What You Will Need: * High School diploma or GED (preferred).  * Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. * Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and ability to lift heavy objects. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.  * Must pass company background check and drug screen.
