Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern to join our Finance team for the summer. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision support within a dynamic corporate environment. The FP&A Intern will work closely with finance and business leaders to help analyze financial performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives that drive business results. Key Responsibilities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Analyze financial data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. Help identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and support business initiatives. Contribute to special projects and process improvement efforts within Finance. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information and documentation. Qualifications Required Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, or reporting tools. Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, or financial planning software. Previous internship, work, or leadership experience.
