Full Time Junior Maintenance Technician- 4948

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Junior Maintenance Technician. Job Summary: The junior maintenance technician performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community, keeping the property in a clean and orderly condition. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.
