Gemini Compliance Intern (Summer 2027)

Welcome to Love's: The primary purpose of the Gemini Compliance Administrative Intern is to coordinate and maintain driver Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance. Job Functions: Maintain driver compliance files in accordance with DOT laws Coordinate driver drug & alcohol testing as well as DOT physical scheduling Maintain documentation and spreadsheets necessary for compliance reporting Enroll drivers into multiple training and compliance platforms Monitor progress of drivers through stages of hire Process employment verifications Handles all driver compliance requests from field Experience and Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent required Prior DOT experience preferred Skills and Physical Demands: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
