GSRP Pre-K Associate Teacher

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. We’re looking for a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond. As an Associate Teacher, you’ll:  * Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum * Assist in observing and assessing children’s development using approved tools * Help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom * Build positive relationships with children and families * Participate in family engagement activities, staff meetings, and required professional development We’re seeking compassionate, curious, and committed educators who are eager to make a lasting impact. Candidates should bring: * Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (Or a valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a plan to complete an associate degree) * Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred * Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements * Team player with a passion for early childhood education Learning Care Group, Inc. is North America’s second-largest for-profit childcare provider and a leader in early childhood education.
