Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Providing comprehensive guidance and support to clients in streamlining processes and improving productivity - Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored recommendations that align with specific business requirements - Utilizing business data analytics to inform insights and drive operational performance improvements - Engaging in project tasks that contribute to the optimization of operational processes - Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions - Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting strategies to evolving needs - Upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for operational excellence - Supporting senior staff in managing client relationships and delivering quality work What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance - Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Process Optimization - Utilizing AI Fluency and AI-Human Collaboration in consulting projects - Engaging in Business Transformation and Change Management initiatives - Applying Operational Excellence and Quality Standards Implementation - Participating in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management activities Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date September 25, 2026 The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
