The Opportunity: Join us at our Fall Hiring Open House Event, in conjunction with Manufacturing Day, happening at our Sauk Rapids location, Thursday, October 1st from 2pm to 6pm. Interview onsite for one of our current openings, tour our facilities, and even have a chance to win a new Traeger grill. We have immediate openings for welders (MIG and TIG), machine operators, CNC machinists, and more.  Location: SAUK RAPIDS - 11 Industrial Blvd, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379 This is a Millerbernd direct hiring event. Production Available Shifts: * Sauk Rapids: * 1st shift Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm * 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3pm – 1am (with a $1.50/hour shift differential) * Weekend shift Friday – Sunday 5am – 5pm (with a $2.50/hour shift differential) Physical Demands - Production Roles:  This position requires the individual to wear and work in company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires that the individual can lift a minimum of 50lbs. And, if applicable, can maneuver large, cumbersome equipment with the use of an overhead crane and/or forklift. Must be able to work in, on, or around equipment and machinery. The employee may need to perform work with the use of ladders.  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met during a pre-employment Physical Work Screening (PWS). Work Environment - Office Roles:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit/stand; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.
