Location: Raleigh Hub, Morrisville, NC Hours: Part-time for Spring Semester (17.5 hrs/week), Full-time for Summer (40 hrs/week) What will you do? Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities, including local HR policies, benefits processes, and security badge coordination Partner with the HR team on strategic projects, reporting, people data analysis, and process improvement initiatives Assist with employee engagement programs and special events that strengthen workplace culture Manage local communications for employees and managers while helping respond to routine HR-related questions Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to projects that improve the employee experience What qualifications will make you successful? Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset High level of energy, initiative, and willingness to learn Previous work, leadership, or volunteer experience preferred Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment from our Raleigh Hub office What's in it for me?
