Job Summary Avient is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for helping people and driving process improvements to join our summer internship program! This opportunity will provide exposure to our HR Centers of Expertise and business partners, and provide the opportunity to be involved in meaningful work, including the ability to interact with senior leaders across the organization. Areas of potential projects and learning opportunities include talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, and HRIS in a professional, global environment. The selected incumbent will be a part of the wider Avient internship program that promotes and provides opportunities for professional development, networking, cross-functional collaboration, and community involvement.
