We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and delivers an exceptional experience for every homeowner. What You’ll Do Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Replace existing HVAC equipment in residential homes Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure quality workmanship What We’re Looking For 6 Months of residential HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team EPA Certification preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience $25.00-$35.00 per Hour Full benefits package including: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Company vehicle Company-provided phone/tablet Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Why Join Ballard Natural Gas?
