We’re looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you’ll manage an existing book of business, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to offer clients additional working capital solutions. Our programs include SBA Loans, Asset Based Loans, Account Receivable Factoring/Financing, Revenue Based Financing, etc... Essential daily duties of the Inside Sales Representative include: Exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to overall company growth You listen deeply, ask clients the right questions, while guiding them to the best opportunity for them Work closely with sales manager, and operations teams regarding client accounts Proactively generate and manage multiple accounts while strengthening new relationships with clients Tactful client account confidentiality Quickly identify your weaknesses and make them strengths Conducting outbound and inbound calls to re-engage existing clients Accurately track client activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools Identifying opportunities to offer clients additional rounds of working capital based on their business needs Stay informed about industry trends and new opportunities Knowledge & Qualifications: Proven success in sales/ selling with exceptional negotiation skills Driven by financial success/ results and motivation to grow within the company Work “athlete” - someone dynamic, self-motivated, goal oriented, focused Desire to crush goals while balancing professionalism Client- first mindset with strong closing ability Basic computer skills: Google, Excel, Slack, Salesforce, Ring Central, grammar and spelling Confident communication skills via phone and email Strong interpersonal skills and emotional resilience Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude Organized, excellent follow-up discipline and detail oriented Who this role is NOT for: Those who avoid phone conversations and cannot make 150+ calls a day Those who get discouraged easily and have poor overall character Those who struggle with consistent follow-up or structured workflows Those who are uncomfortable hearing “no” and being hung-up on Those who prefer loosely managed tasks instead of clear accountability Those looking for just a job.
