Role Overview: As an Insurance Representative, you'll assist our current clients, ensure their needs are met, and uphold the Brabo standard of excellence. Key Qualifications: Strong communication abilities in written and spoken interactions An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks Primary Duties: Facilitate sales and renewal work for insurance policies Liaison to clients and carriers Provide World Class client service Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns Offer expert advice to clients regarding coverage nuances, recommend suitable changes, and oversee policy modifications Enhance client accounts through cross-selling and account rounding Diligently maintain and update client accounts in our automation systems, ensuring all interactions are documented Assist other members of the insurance team with related duties Why Choose Brabo?
