Intern - Sourcing

Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which serve approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors. This is a twelve (12) week paid internship program beginning May 2027. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028. Summary: During your internship you will have direct access to senior leadership within the organization as well as the opportunity to work on high-impact strategic projects in addition to your core departmental responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (dependent on department): Assist in the analysis, development and implementation of cost savings initiatives Assist in coordination of negotiations, contract development, contract implementation, and supplier contract compliance Conduct ongoing business reviews to ensure suppliers are performing to contracted obligations and service levels Lead the suppliers and stakeholders of the supply chain through effective engagement and communication by delivering supplier awareness programs. Solicit advice from manager/sourcing team members regarding sourcing and procurement processes and protocol and apply appropriate solutions to issues for stakeholders.
