What You’ll Do  As a Junior Project Manager at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Assisting with the coordination of multiple high-end residential and commercial projects. * Working alongside architects, builders & clients to support the formation of lasting professional relationships. * Helping to manage project timelines and budgets, focusing on attention to detail. * Supporting field installation crews and learning effective communication and management skills. * Assisting in documenting and managing project changes. Qualifications * Eager to learn and assist in managing multiple projects. * Interested in working with architects, builders, and homeowners. * Keen on developing skills in managing, documenting, and adapting to project changes. * Motivated to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget. * Familiar or willing to learn about construction documents and blueprints. * Interested in A/V equipment and installation processes. * Professional, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
