This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and phone skills who wants to build a career in the automotive industry. Collision repair experience is not required. We will train the right person. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls and return missed calls. Follow up with potential customers and open estimates. Help convert inquiries into appointments and repair opportunities. Schedule estimates and vehicle drop-offs. Respond to online customer leads. Log customer calls and follow-up opportunities in CCC. Use RingCentral to monitor and return missed calls. Assist customers with vehicle check-in and delivery. Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes. Work closely with estimators and management. Learn the collision repair and insurance claim process. What We're Looking For Excellent phone and customer service skills. Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality. Strong computer skills. Good organization and multitasking ability. Dependable with strong attendance. Comfortable following up with customers. Sales-minded and motivated. Willingness to learn and grow. Customer service, sales, dealership, automotive, hospitality, insurance, or call-center experience is helpful but not required.
