This 20-month program offers a structured path to develop your skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities through rotational job tracks.   Key Highlights: * Rotational Experience: Progress through various areas of the organization, gaining foundational knowledge, leadership insight and hands on application. Departmental rotations include: * Retail, Customer Care, Operations, Internal Audit, Credit, Compliance, IT, Trust & Wealth, Finance and Risk * Accelerated Leadership Training: Designed to ignite your leadership journey with an intensive training program that blends skill-building workshops, real-world projects, and immersive, hands-on experience.
