Founded in 1981, IEC has a proven track record of over 43 years and continues to grow by acquiring new communities and offering development opportunities to our team members.   Position Summary: IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 176-unit apartment community located in Union City CA. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM. Job Duties: * Strong leasing and marketing efforts * Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins * Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI) * Provide excellent customer service to residents * Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required   Job Requirements: * At least one year of multi-family leasing experience * Knowledge of Fair Housing laws * Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated * Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Computer literate with good organizational skills * Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.   Education Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline   Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.
